Actress Mallika Sherawat, remains in news no matter what happens. The lady has been in buzz lately because of her name… Well, the actress is getting her name a copyright as she doesn’t wants her name to be misused.

“Yes it was long overdue and the formal procedure is currently on. We have laid claim upon the name. Now no one can use her name or photograph to sell their product. This way she can have her own signature label, perfumes, designer label. Mallika is a brand and a brand with tremendous value,” said her lawyer.

Gawd… Mallika the brand… Any takers???
