Student unions at various institutions of the city distributed sweets amongst their fellows on Monday after hearing the news of Gen (r) Pervez Musharraf’s resignation. Student leaders termed the decision a victory of democracy and demanded an open trial for Musharraf.
People’s Students Federation (PSF): PSF workers at the Punjab University, University of Engineering and Technology, Mohammedan Anglo Oriental (MAO) College and a few technical colleges distributed sweets among students and shouted slogans in favour of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and against the former president.

I think now the nation is looking forward to the day when Mr. 100% (the one and the only Zardaari) would layoff from the shoulders of this nation. what has changed once musharraf has left the things has got worst.PPP is looting and plundering this nation like hungery dogs.
